  • Works on your phone
  • Nothing saved unless you ask

2 About you

Messages update as you type. Anything in [brackets] is for you to fill in before sending.

Your 7-step follow-up plan

Day 0 is the day the enquiry comes in.

    If they reply

    • Stop the sequence for that person. Answer their question first, the same day.
    • Move them to the next stage in your lead list: interested, quote sent, won or lost.
    • If they ask for a price, send it with one clear next step, not just a number.
    • Note the doubt they raised. If many people ask the same thing, put the answer in the Day 3 message.

    If they go silent

    • Send only these seven. After Day 30, move them to an occasional update list, at most once a month.
    • Message only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and stop at once if anyone says stop.
    • Send between 10 am and 7 pm, not late at night or early morning.
    • Change the channel once: if WhatsApp gets no reply by Day 7, a short phone call often works better than an eighth message.

All seven messages, ready to forward to your team, plus the "what to do if they reply" checklist.

    How this works
    1. Each industry has its own phrases (what to ask, what to send, the usual doubt, the next step). They are slotted into seven message patterns, one for each touch.
    2. Your name, business and product are filled in as you type. Anything in [square brackets] is something only you know, like a real offer or date: edit it before sending.
    3. The timing (Day 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 30) gives a fresh reason to write each time and stops after Day 30, so you never chase forever.
    4. Nothing is saved unless you send the plan to yourself. The share link holds only your choices, not your phone number.
    Questions

    Frequently asked

This plan stops at seven, spread over a month, and the Day 14 message asks whether to close the enquiry. If someone asks you to stop, stop at once and remove them from the list.

Yes, with a WhatsApp Business setup and a CRM that sends messages on a schedule. Messages sent after 24 hours of silence usually need pre-approved templates. Start by sending them by hand for a month to see which ones get replies.

Use the language your customer used in their first message. A B2B buyer who wrote in English gets formal English; a retail customer who wrote "bhaiya price?" gets friendly Hinglish.

Stop the sequence for that person and answer them. The sequence is only for people who have gone quiet.

One named person on your team, from one business number, so the customer sees the same name every time and you can check what was sent.
