These terms apply when you use this website or buy anything from The Mayank Jain ("we", "us"), the business of Mayank Jain: live workshops, ebooks and other digital downloads, consulting, and monthly retainers. By paying or signing a proposal you accept them.

Prices and GST
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Consulting, retainer and setup prices exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice. Workshop and ebook prices include GST (18%). The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Live workshops (webinars)
- Your seat is confirmed once payment succeeds. The joining link is sent to the WhatsApp number and email you registered with.
- The seat is for you alone. Please do not share the link or record, copy or resell the session.
- If we have to reschedule, we will tell you in advance and you can join the new date or ask for a full refund.
Ebooks and digital downloads
- You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the download for your own business. You may not resell, share or republish it.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy, including any money-back guarantee shown on the product page.
Consulting, the diagnostic and retainers
- Scope. Every consulting engagement, setup project and retainer is described in a written proposal or quotation. That document sets the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside it is quoted separately.
- Payment. Payment terms (for example, any advance and the due date of each invoice) are those stated in the proposal. Monthly retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
- Minimum term and notice. Growth Partner has a minimum term of 3 months, then runs month to month. The dedicated Growth Consultant add-on has a minimum term of 6 months. After the minimum term, either side may end a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice (email is enough). Fees for the minimum term and the notice period remain payable. Any other minimum term written in your proposal also applies.
- Third-party costs. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and messaging charges are paid by you directly to those providers unless the proposal says otherwise.
- Your materials and accounts. Accounts, data and ad accounts set up for your business belong to you. We work in them with the access you give us, and you can remove that access at any time.
- Confidentiality. We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the work.
No guaranteed results
We share methods that work for many owner-run businesses, but results depend on your market, your team and how the work is implemented. We do not promise any particular revenue, profit or number of leads.
Website content
The text, frameworks (including The Self-Running Business System), images and downloads on this site belong to us. You may share links, but not copy the material for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
