I grew up in Ajmer, Rajasthan, and earned a B.Tech and an MBA in Jaipur. Instead of taking a corporate job, I made Jaipur my home and started working with business owners here in 2015.

In 2017 I founded my first company, NLET Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It builds education ERP and automation, used by 1,000+ schools and colleges. In 2022 I started my second, Proofox, for ads and lead generation.

Across 10+ years I have worked with 240+ owner-run businesses in manufacturing, trading, services, retail and D2C. The pattern was the same almost everywhere: capable owners, plenty of effort, and no system, so the business slowed down the day the owner's phone was off.

I wrote that down in my book, Jugaad Is Not a System, and I teach it in the Business Automation Workshop, in English & Hinglish.
