        How this works
        1. The total is simply the four amounts added up. The bar shows each age bucket as a share of that total.
        2. "Days of sales stuck" is the total divided by your average daily sales (monthly sales ÷ 30). Leave monthly sales empty to skip it.
        3. Flags come from fixed rules in this tool, for example "money in the 90+ bucket", or "more than a third of the total is over 60 days old". They describe your numbers; they are not predictions.
        4. The reminder messages are templates. Your customer, amount, invoice and due date are filled in as you type. Nothing is saved unless you send the result to yourself.

        Frequently asked

Before the due date, not after. A short note three days before, and one on the due day, keeps most payments on time without any awkwardness.

Not if the message is short, polite and has the facts: invoice number, amount and due date. Customers who mean to pay usually just need the reminder and the details in one place.

The MSMED Act sets limits on how long a buyer can take to pay a registered micro or small enterprise (Udyam), with interest on delays. Read the rules for your case and check with your CA before quoting them to a customer.

Decide it in advance in a written credit policy (credit limit and days for each customer), not in the moment. The book template "Credit Policy" is a one-page start.

No. The calculation happens on this page. Amounts are saved only if you send the result to yourself, and even then no customer names are needed.
