How Indian owners build businesses that run without them
by Mayank Jain · 199 pages · 14 chapters · 15 templates

If you switch off your phone for one day, does your business stop?
You're not alone. Across hundreds of Indian businesses, the story is the same. The owner answers every call, approves every price, chases every payment and remembers every follow-up. That's jugaad, and it works until it doesn't.
Jugaad se dukaan chalti hai, system se company banti hai.
In Jugaad Is Not a System, business growth and automation consultant Mayank Jain shows how owner-run businesses can grow without depending on the owner: one simple system at a time, built with the team you already have.
