This policy covers refunds and cancellations for everything sold by The Mayank Jain. To ask for a refund, email connect@themayankjain.com with your name, the email or phone you paid with, and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
Live workshop (webinar)
- Money-back guarantee. If you attend the whole live session and feel it was not worth your time, we refund the full fee. Email us within 6 hours of the session ending and share the notes you made during it.
- If we cancel or reschedule, you choose: a seat in the new session or a full refund.
- If you cannot attend, tell us before the session starts and we will move you to the next one.
Ebooks and digital downloads
- Digital products without a stated guarantee are not refundable once they have been downloaded, because the product cannot be returned. If a file is faulty or does not open, we will fix it or refund you.
Growth Diagnostic
- Cancel or move the diagnostic up to 48 hours before the first working session for a full refund or a new date.
- Once the working session has taken place, the fee is not refundable, because the time and analysis have been delivered.
Setup projects and monthly retainers
- Setup and project fees follow the milestones and payment terms in your written proposal. Work already delivered is not refundable.
- Growth Partner has a minimum term of 3 months. After that it runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
- The dedicated Growth Consultant add-on has a minimum term of 6 months, then the same 30 days' written notice.
- Any other monthly retainer can be ended by either side with 30 days' written notice, after any minimum term written in your proposal.
- Fees for the minimum term and the notice period are payable; nothing beyond them is charged.
- Advertising spend, software and messaging charges paid to third parties cannot be refunded by us.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. GST on a refunded invoice is reversed with a credit note.
