The score is not a grade. It shows how much of the business still depends on you, and which layer to fix first. The lowest layer in your breakdown is usually the best place to start.
There is a lot to fix, and the order matters. The live workshop and the book Jugaad Is Not a System give you the basics, so you can fix the first leaks yourself.
