    How this is calculated
    1. For each channel: clicks = spend ÷ cost per click; leads = clicks × click to lead %; new customers = leads × lead to customer %.
    2. Cost per lead = spend ÷ leads. Cost per customer = spend ÷ new customers.
    3. Revenue = new customers × value of one customer. ROAS = revenue ÷ spend.
    4. The cheapest channel is the one with the lowest cost per customer, not the lowest cost per click.

Green, amber and red compare each result with the break-even your own numbers imply, never with an outside benchmark. Every starting number is an editable example, not an industry average.

    About this calculator

Whichever brings a paying customer for less, at the volume you need. Search ads catch people already looking; Meta and Instagram ads create demand among people who were not. Run both with tracking for a few weeks, then compare them here on cost per customer.

Cheap clicks often convert worse. A ₹4 click with a 1% lead rate costs ₹400 per lead; if 5% of those leads buy, each customer costs ₹8,000. A ₹35 click with a 5% lead rate costs ₹700 per lead; if 20% buy, each customer costs ₹3,500. The cheaper click costs more than twice as much per customer.

No. They are example values only, to show how the comparison works. Replace them with each channel's numbers from its own ads account.
