    How this is calculated
    1. Store visits = calls × % that visit + direction requests × % that arrive + other walk-ins.
    2. Buyers = store visits × % that buy. Sales = buyers × average bill.
    3. Cost per buyer = monthly spend ÷ buyers. Most you can pay = average bill × gross margin.
    4. Gross profit after spend = sales × gross margin − spend.
    5. Cost per store visit = spend ÷ store visits. Return = sales ÷ spend; break-even = 1 ÷ gross margin. Calls, directions and walk-ins = their sum.
    6. 12-month sales = sales × purchases per buyer in 12 months (at least 1). 12-month profit = that × gross margin − spend.

Green, amber and red compare each result with the break-even your own numbers imply, never with an outside benchmark. Every starting number is an editable example, not an industry average.
